DENR currently has 11 remote area locations that have a Remote Area Power Supply (RAPS). The locations have a mix of solar, wind turbine and generator power. To ensure that best use of options is employed and that the proper maintenance is also carried out the Department is seeking expert advice and report for the RAPS systems.
