The Metropolitan Redevelopment Authority (MRA) is driving regeneration across metropolitan Perth. Utilising a unique combination of powers as set out by the Metropolitan Redevelopment Authority Act 2011, the MRA works as a developer, planning authority and place manager. It is this nimble model of redevelopment that allows us to create the successful places that are helping to make Perth a unique and memorable place to live, visit and experience.
The MRA wishes to obtain proposals in response to this Request for Tender (RFT) for the provision of landscape and turf maintenance services at the Perth Cultural Centre in Northbridge. These services will ideally be delivered with a community engagement activation approach.
