Sale of the South Australian Totalizator Agency Board Expressions of Interest Invitation

The South Australian State Government has decided to offer for sale the South Australian Totalizator Agency Board (“SA TAB”) via a competitive trade sale process. SA TAB is a wholly-owned government body, which is entitled to conduct off-course totalisator betting (on an exclusive basis) and other forms of gambling in South Australia. Credit Suisse First Boston (“CSFB”) is acting as the financial adviser to the South Australian Government on the trade sale process. Interested parties are being invited to submit their expressions of interest to acquire SA TAB by 7th February 2001.
