Expressions of Interest are sought from experienced Recruitment Consultancies to undertake an appropriate strategy for the search and selection process to appoint a

Chief Executive Officer

at Whyalla City Council

The recruitment and selection strategy will entail;

• formulation of detailed position specification and descriptors and experiential requirements,
• provision of applicant assessments, psychometric testing and feedback requirements and short listing methodology, reference checking and interview implementation,
• responsibility as to accurate content and wording of advertisements and their appropriate placement in print or other media and wording of applicant information packages distributed to candidates.
• responsibility for overview of interviewing by a panel of elected members, a provision of detailed feedback to short listed or interviewed candidates as evaluated against the relevant job criteria.
