Provision of Digital Development of Learning Resources

Digital development of learning resources for VET Units of Competency.

Digital development will include:

• all units to be developed following storyboards as shared by Holmesglen
• all units to be developed using Articulate Rise
• SCORM packages and project files to be shared on completion. Up to 8 graphics/illustrations per unit to be created for images that cannot be sourced from the agreed royalty-free sites. (Holmesglen to share example images or descriptions - graphics/illustration to be shared and reviewed between Holmesglen and the developer during the development cycle).
• all illustration exports and project files to be shared on completion of each unit.
• all units to be developed following the VSLR Resource Development guidelines and Holmesglen style guide requirements, this includes adherence to Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.0.
• all units to be developed with the level of interactivity capable using Articulate Rise
• final products to be delivered include Articulate Rise files, SCORM package and all graphics/illustration exports and files with IP to be owned and retained by Holmesglen Institute
• two reviews and one sign-off to be allowed for each unit.
