Description

The Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade (DFAT) invites tenders from suitably experienced organisations for the provision of security clearance processing services under a panel arrangement.

The level of security clearances to be processed will range from `Protected` to `Top Secret (Negatively Vetted)`. DFAT proposes to divide the panel into two, namely a primary panel consisting of up to 3 organisations, and a secondary panel consisting of approximately 2 organisations. It is anticipated the primary panel will be tasked to provide the majority of security clearance processing services, whilst the secondary panel will be reserved for any surge in demand for such services by the department.

The panel once established will be known as the DFAT `Security Clearance Processing Panel`.
