Affordable Housing Portfolio Direct Delivery Apartments Tranche 1 - The purpose of this procurement is to engage a lead Principal Consultant Architectural team to design and document the Lot 18 and Lot 59 Apartment blocks, corner of Churchill Rd and Payinthi Drive, Prospect. The Principal Consultant will be responsible for leading a multi-disciplinary sub-consultant team.
