This RFQ is an offer inviting a selected Market Stimulus Panel (SR3515976461 Head Agreement) member accredited in the HEER Method - Activity Definitions D16 of the ESS Rule to establish a forward contract for the supply of Energy Savings Certificates (ESCs) to the Department. The Department is only purchasing ESCs that have been created by the awarded tenderer for high-efficiency AC activities delivered under the HEER Method - Activity Definition D16 in Metro LGAs (average climate zones). This RFQ is being run as a direct negotiation procurement under Market Stimulus Panel SR3515976461 Head Agreement.
