Pine Rivers State High School Lift and Elevated Walkway Stage 2

The Department of Education (DoE) is inviting tenders for design and construction of a new external accessible lift and elevated walkway at Pine Rivers State High School, located on 535 Gympie Rd, Strathpine QLD 4500. The works include the Design and Construction of the following:

• 1 x external lift shaft and car with large sections of elevated covered walkway connecting back to existing 2 storey buildings
• Ancillary items including lift well pump, isolation switches and wireless phones
• Geotechnical investigation to determine footing type
• Services investigation prior to construction
• New concrete slabs
• Handrails
• All required certification including CoC and all Form 15’s and 16’s
• Separable Portion 1 includes the elevated covered walkway
• Separable Portion 2 includes the lift, shaft and associated infrastructure
• Separable Portion 3 includes the concrete tiered seating in the location as shown on the drawings
