Currimundi SS - Tuckshop Refurbishment (with design responsibility)

The Department of Education (DoE) is calling for tender submissions for the design and construction of Tuckshop Refurbishment Project at Currimundi State School, located at 17 Buderim St, Currimundi QLD 4551.

The refurbishment consists of new vinyl flooring, new stainless steel benches and tables, new screens to servery, new joinery and new appliances. The position of the building is in the centre of the school with limited site access and working space. All works are to be completed by 30 June 2022.

Tender submissions will be accepted from contractors that meet the following requirements:

Appropriate QBCC Builders licences to undertake the entire scope of works

 Professional Indemnity Insurance to the value of $ 1,000,000.00

QBCC Licensing and Professional Indemnity Insurance

It is anticipated that a minimum of a QBCC (Low Rise) builders’ licence will be required for this project. Contractors are required to hold Professional Indemnity Insurance in accordance with the contract.
