Middle Park State School - Covered learning area (with design responsibility)

The Department of Education is inviting tenders for the construction of a new covered area, new sandstone seating arrangement around the new outdoor learning area. Minor earth works and constriction of new concrete.

The Works generally comprise of the following:
• Demolition of existing gazebo and any existing external concrete to make way of the new construction works.
• Removal of existing block work around the bag rack
• Supply and installation of new A grade sandstone seating/retaining
• Preparation of the site of earth works
• Supply and install new sandwich panel roofing and steel works.
• Ensuring compliant design and construction to meet all Australian Standards for access and compliance and DoE standards. Design to be certified with certifier engaged by contractor prior to construction.

Site Visit Details: Recommended Site Visit on Friday 15th of November 2021 at 11:30am - please meet outside the Administration Reception. Please confirm attendance be 12pm Monday 8th November 2021. Tenderers will not be able to visit the site outside this arranged time so please invite relevant subcontractors to assist in pricing.
