Principal Contractor - Townsville Hospital Surgical Outpatients Unit Redevelopment Project

The Townsville Hospital and Health Service (THHS) seek to engage a principal contractor to deliver the Surgical Outpatients Redevelopment Project at the Townsville hospital.
The upgrade works will provide a dedicated ENT, Audiology and Ophthalmology outpatients unit.
The form of contract will be in accordance to the supplied Amended Form of AS4000-1997 Construction Contract.

Although not mandatory, the THHS has a strong preference the Contractor holds a minimum of PQC Level 3 accreditation and is locally based within the THHS Region.
In compliance with the Queensland Procurement Policy 2017, the evaluation of this tender will include a local benefits assessment.

Mandatory Site Inspection:
A mandatory site inspection is proposed and further information will be supplied via addendum once details of date/time have been finalised.
A Mandatory Site Inspection has been allocated for Thursday 2nd November, 2017 at 3:00pm. Please refer to Addendum No 1 for further instructions.
NOTE: Not mentioned within Addendum 1, however a max of two (2) representatives per Tenderer requested for this 02/11/2017 site visit.
Another site visit will be allocated for tenderers sub-contractors at a later date.
