Particulars
To engage Stewart Matthews for 12 months at Sydney Fish Marketx. In September 2018 UrbanGrowth Development Corporation engaged Peter Hawkings as AFL Design Manager and he has been a key resource since. His knowledge of the Base Building Brief, AFL, design development and AFL dispute matters has been essential to the progress of the project. Peter has decided to relocate to the UK and as such we are seeking to backfill this key position within the team. The team has gone through an extensive recruitment process to find someone with the appropriate skills and knowledge to backfill this vital role. Stewart has significant AFL experience and has worked on multiple complex projects. For the reasons set out above it is recommended that the Program Director approve the direct engagement of CBRE for Stewart Mathews services.
