Caloundra SHS - Ramp to Block A (With Design Responsibility)

The Department of Education (DoE) is calling for tender submissions for the design and construction of a Ramp to Block A at Caloundra SHS, located at 88 Queen Street, Caloundra QLD 4551, as part of the Ed4All (ED4ALL) program.

The works consist of construction of new entry ramp to Administration building, including ramp, balustrading, batten screening, new veranda and entry doors. The position of the building is at the front of the school campus with good site access and working space. All works are to be completed by May 2025.

Tender submissions will be accepted from contractors that meet the following requirements:

• Appropriate QBCC Builders licences to undertake the entire scope of works
• Professional Indemnity Insurance to the value of $ 1,000,000.00

QBCC Licensing and Professional Indemnity Insurance

It is anticipated that a minimum of a QBCC (Low Rise) builders’ licence will be required for this project. Contractors are required to hold Professional Indemnity Insurance in accordance with the contract.
