Particulars
The engagement for Project Manager is important as it ensures the delivery of the Project is aligned with the DoE framework and policies, the end-users brief and requirements, value for money, and ensure that the Project is within the Strategic business and goals of all stakeholders. Project Manager also monitors quality, quantity and the risks involved in the development and construction of the schools. This consultancy service is required from Schematic Stage to Construction Stage (Phase 3 – 9).
