Engineering Design and Impact Assessment - Cross River Rail Project

**CLOSE DATE EXTENDED TO FRIDAY 25 SEPTEMBER 2015**

The Department of Transport and Main Roads (TMR) seeks offers from suitably experienced consultants for the provision of Engineering Design and Impact Assessment for the Preliminary Evaluation phase of the Cross River Rail Project. The Preliminary Evaluation will include project option analysis and preliminary analysis to identify project options for further detailed analysis of a preferred solution during the Business Case phase.

The scope of services required under this engagement will be:

• Engineering design
• Rail civil and systems
• Underground structures
• Design and delivery risk
• Client-side procurement phase support
• Impact assessment
• Environmental impact
• Architectural and urban design
• Pedestrian modelling
• Micro-simulation/intersection modelling.

Suppliers must hold prequalification under the Consultants for Engineering Projects scheme in the following categories:

• BD3
• GE3
• HD1
• TE2
