Department of Education - Permanent new infrastructure, additions and refurbishments at an occupied Secondary School in the Perth Metropolitan Region. Provision of Lead Consultant (Architect) Services. A tender site inspection will be held on 29 February 2024 at 10:00am. This site inspection is non-mandatory for all tenderers. The meeting place for these site inspections will be outside the school’s Administration building. All visitors will be required to sign in at Administration. The briefing will provide tenderers with the opportunity to clarify any uncertainties with the contact person prior to the closing of the tender.
