Clover Hill State School - Drainage Rectification (With Design Responsibility)

The Department of Education (DoE) is calling for tender submissions for the design and construction of Drainage Rectification works at Clover Hill State School, located at Clover Hill Drive, Mudgeeraba, QLD, 4213, as part of the Targeted Maintenance program.

The scope of works is to install spoon drains and swales to direct overland flow to the nearest field inlet as per the initial design intent. Works also include reconstruction of retaining wall, concrete pathways, fence installation and clearing of field inlets. All works are to be completed by January 2023.

Tender submissions will be accepted from contractors that meet the following requirements:

• Appropriate QBCC Builders licences to undertake the entire scope of works
• Professional Indemnity Insurance to the value of $1,000,000.00
