A project to be undertaken

The works include the development, certification, construction, and commissioning of a complete roof drainage remediation solution in line with the engineer’s Stage 1 recommendations. This covers detailed design development, site verification, documentation, procurement, installation of upgraded drainage components, system cleaning, commissioning, and the implementation of required asbestos management controls.The contractor must comply with all relevant standards, provide full project management and close-out documentation, and coordinate with stakeholders throughout delivery. Optional additional works include supply and installation of new metal parapet capping over existing galbestos clad coping surfaces to improve water shedding.
