North Lakes State College Flexispace Refurbishment

The Department of Education is inviting tenders for the refurbishment of the Flexispace area within North Lakes State College. The works include Design and Construction and generally comprise of the removal of internal doors and walls and use of new linings, painting and furnishings to create:

• Creative/maker space
• Collaborative learning space
• Presentation zone
• Office (glazed walls)
• Meeting room (glazed walls)
• Kitchen area with servery
• Shower/laundry (existing water and floor waste)
• Student hatches/racks
• Study zone
• Relaxation area

Site Visit Details

Recommended Site Visit on Wednesday 19^th May 2021 at 2:00pm - please meet outside the Administration Reception. Please confirm attendance be 12pm Tuesday 18^th May. Tenderers will not be able to visit the site outside this arranged time so please invite relevant subcontractors to assist in pricing.
