Golden Beach State School - Tuckshop Upgrade

The Department of Education (DoE) is calling for tender submissions for the design and construction of Tuckshop Refurbsihment
Project at Golden Beach State School, located at 34 Gregory St, Golden Beach QLD 4551.

The works consists of the refurbishment of the existing Tuckshop Block. The position of the building is in the centre of the school
grounds with limited site access and working space. All works are to be completed by 30 June 2021.

Tender submissions will be accepted from contractors that meet the following requirements:

• Appropriate QBCC Builders licences to undertake the entire scope of works
• Professional Indemnity Insurance to the value of $ 1,000,000.00

QBCC Licensing and Professional Indemnity Insurance
It is anticipated that a minimum of a QBCC (Low Rise) builders’ licence will be required for this project. Contractors are
required to hold Professional Indemnity Insurance in accordance with the contract.
