Park Lake SS - STEM Refurbishment and Administration Extension (with design responsibility)

The Department of Education (DoE) is calling for tender submissions for the design and construction of a new extension to the existing Administration building and STEM refurbishment at Park Lake SS, located at 1 Shoalhaven Ave, Pacific Pines QLD 4211 , as part of the School Infrastructure Enhancement (SIE) program.

The scope comprises a new extension to the existing Administration building to create the new staff room and refurbishment of the existing staff room into the new STEM. All works are to be completed by 8 July 2022.

Tender submissions will be accepted from contractors that meet the following requirements:

• Appropriate QBCC Builders licences to undertake the entire scope of works
• Professional Indemnity Insurance to the value of $ 1,000,000
