Caboolture SS - Car Park (with design responsibility)

The Department of Education (DoE) is calling for tender submissions for the design and construction of a new Car Park at Caboolture State School, located at 12 George Street, Caboolture QLD 4510, as part of the Target Maintenance Program (TMP).

The new Car Park consists of 47 Parking Bays including two DDA Parking Bays and a Motorcycle Parking Bay as well a Walkway and secure Fencing surrounding the Car Park. The position of the Car Park is at the rear of the school with site access from Mill Road, Caboolture QLD 4510 and ample working space. All works are to be completed by January 2022.

Tender submissions will be accepted from contractors that meet the following requirements:
• Appropriate QBCC Builders licences to undertake the entire scope of works
• Professional Indemnity Insurance to the value of $ 1 Million

QBCC Licensing and Professional Indemnity Insurance
It is anticipated that a minimum of a QBCC (Low Rise) builders’ licence will be required for this project. Contractors are required to hold Professional Indemnity Insurance in accordance with the contract.
