Debt Collection Services

West Moreton Hospital and Health Service is seeking Proposals to establish a Standing Offer Arrangement for Debt Collection Services.

Depending on requirements these goods / services specifically include:

• Collection of nominated debts from current and previous patients/consumers on behalf of the Customer;
• Debtors may reside locally, interstate or overseas;
• Arrange and manage issuing of legal proceedings (as agreed with the Customer) and undertaking further uncontested legal action;
• Working collaboratively with the Customer to best manage debt collection and patient/consumer hardship;
• Treating the Customers’ debtors with respect and complying with the Customers’ privacy requirements;
• Working with Medicare Ineligible patients, particularly those who have returned to their country of origin;
• Work to time-frames allocated in your workflow.
