Pine Rivers State High School External Lift and Elevated Walkway Stage 1

The Department of Education (DoE) is inviting tenders for design and construction of a new external accessible lift and elevated walkway at Pine Rivers State High School, located on 535 Gympie Rd, Strathpine QLD 4500. The works include the Design and Construction of the following:

• 1 x external lift shaft and car with section of elevated covered walkway connecting back to existing 2 storey building
• Ancillary items including lift well pump, isolation switches and wireless phones
• Geotechnical investigation to determine footing type
• Services investigation prior to construction
• New concrete ramp
• New concrete slab
• Handrails
• All required certification including CoC and all Form 15’s and 16’s
