Description
The Department of Education (DoE) is calling for submissions for the refurbishment of the Sports Hall including relocation of the Gym (weights room) at Glenala State High School, located at Glenala Road, Durack QLD 4077 as part of the Schools Infrastructure Enhancement (SIE) program.
The scope of works includes (but not limited to) Demolition, Flooring, Lighting, Partitions, Roofing, Joinery, Painting, Glazing, Plumbing and Electrical. All works are to be completed by 26 June 2019.
Tender submissions will only be accepted from contractors with a QBCC Builders licence and ability to undertake the entire scope of works. .
