Description
The Services include the complete range of construction management functions including, but not limited to:
a. project management of sub-contractors
b. liaison with designers and/or contribution to the design process as required
c. site and occupational health and safety management
d. building approvals
e. management of and responsibility for the quality of works undertaken
f. liaison with building owner(s)/manager(s)
g. stakeholder liaison where required (eg notifying building occupants of forthcoming construction activities) and
h. management of sub-consultants and/or sub-contractors as directed by the Department, or as deemed necessary by the Construction Manager, for specific tasks.
Trades expected to be required (as employees or sub-contractors) include:
a. carpenter/joiner
b. plumber/gasfitter
c. electrical
d. painting and
e. data and communications.
