Programmed Facility Management Pty Ltd (PFM) on behalf of Department of Finance (DOF) and Department of Education are seeking quotes from suitably qualified and experienced contractors to undertake SSEN Refurbishment Works, including ACM Removal at Tuart College (Level 1, Block A).
The Work includes but is not limited to:
- Asbestos Removal
- Demolition
- New Building Works
- Electrical, Hydraulic and Mechanical Services
- Floor Covering
- Cabinet Works
- Painting
