Description
The Transport portfolio agencies, Department of Transport (DoT), Public Transport Authority (PTA) and Main Roads Western Australia (MRWA) each have audit committees that have a key role in providing assurance to the Director General Transport, and agencies’ Managing Directors and Executives on systems of internal controls.
The purpose of this Contract is to engage the Contractor’s specified person as an independent member to each Agency Audit Committee to undertake the role in accordance with the role and responsibilities within each agency’s audit committee charter/policy.
