Description
Programmed Facility Management Pty Ltd (PFM) on behalf of Department of Finance (DOF) and Department of Training and Workforce Development (DTWD) are seeking quotes from suitably qualified and experienced contractors to undertake Remediation Works to U Block at NM TAFE Balga Campus.
The Work includes but is not limited to the replacement of roof sheeting, wall cladding, mechanical, and associated works.
It is noted the area of works will be occupied by two (2) separate Contractors for the proposed duration of the roofing works. The two packages of work to be delivered are roof remedial works (this RFT), and replacement of dust extraction ductwork (being the separate Contract/Contractor). Coordination between contractors will be required to ensure smooth delivery of works, as well as the safety of all workers on-site. See tender documents for further information and details.
