The works comprise construction of an activity hall of approx 693sqm, consisting of concrete slab, steel frame, brick/metal walling and metal deck roof. Services works include electrical, hydraulics, mechanical and part siteworks. Preparation of the building plateau would be by the Council. Tenders will only be considered from DAIS tenderers who are Prequalified General Building Contractors in Category 3 at the time of tender close.
