The work consists of a single storey new facility approximately 532m². Work includes steel frame, concrete raft floor slab, brick veneer, metal deck roofing, and associated building services, site works and landscaping. Tenders will only be considered from tenderers who are DAIS Prequalified General Building Contractors in Category 3 at the time of tender close. Tenderers are advised that Upskill SA requirements will apply to this contract. Neither the lowest nor any tender will necessarily be accepted.
