Swartz Barracks Combined Mess Refurbishment, QLD

The scope of works of this project involves internal refurbishment works to the three-storey building which serves as Officer’s Mess and In-Transit living accommodation. Most works will occur to in-transit bedrooms and common areas, which require architectural refurbishment consisting of, but not limited to, patching and painting of internal surfaces, installation of new ceiling to address existing “popcorn ceiling,” floor covering replacement, furniture replacement, window coverings replacement, electrical (power point and lighting) works, provision of new white and electrical goods, refurbishment of ablution and kitchenettes, improvements to Mess door functionality and replacement hardware, document collation and installation of Dispensations / Alternative Building Solutions Report and Defence approvals.
