Defence Cooperation Scholarship Program - Professional Services

International and Pacific Divisions within the Department of Defence are seeking to engage professional services to support the administration of sponsored international students undertaking tertiary education in Australia. The international education and training programs delivered through International and Pacific Divisions directly support the Department of Defence’s international engagement objectives and build stronger ties between partner militaries and defence organisations in the Indo-pacific. The programs requiring support include the Defence Cooperation Scholarship Program (DCSP), ASEAN-Australia Defence Postgraduate Scholarship Program (AADPSP), DCP Seconded Officers completing postgraduate study and to a limited degree students attending the Australian Defence Force Academy and Australian Defence College (ADC) courses. These programs provide middle-ranking and cadet level students with potential for leadership with professional education and training and improve the capacity of their parent service or agency. The Contractor will be the main point of contact for the student from the time of nomination until the completion of the program. The Contractor is responsible for the submission of university applications, placement into tertiary education programs, and administrative and welfare support to students following their successful placement into agreed study programs.
