9.Financial Business Process Re-engineering

10.Tax processing

11.Banking operations

12.Financial Risk Management

13.Financial Management and Accounting Quality Assurance

14.Financial Management and Accounting Training

15.Financial Management and Accounting Operations Support

For Requirements 1 to 14 IP Australia seeks professional advice and assistance.

For Requirement 15 IP Australia seeks the provision of appropriately skilled and experienced support personnel.

IP Australia will accept Tenders for one, some or all of Requirements 1 to 15 but not for a part or parts of a Requirement.A Tenderer must tender for all component parts of a Requirement.

Details of the Requirements (Services), and the component parts, are set out at clause 3.1 of the RFT Part 1 and its associated Attachment A.

Details of Service Level/Performance and Management requirements are set out in clauses 3.2 and 3.3 of the RFT Part 1.
