CONSULTANT FOR THE TRIENNIAL REVIEW

In accordance with Section 43 of the SA Housing Trust Act 1995, a Triennial Review in relation to the activities of the SA Housing Trust is to be undertaken by a person independent of the Trust.

The Minister for Housing, the Hon. Jay Weatherill, MP, has endorsed terms of reference for the review and proposals are invited from suitably qualified consultants independent of the Trust to undertake the review.

One original and four copies of the proposal should be returned in a sealed envelope clearly marked "Private and Confidential Triennial Review Proposal" and must be lodged by 3 pm Tuesday 23 November 2004 at Riverside Centre, Tender Box, level 4 South, North Tce, Adelaide, SA, 5000

The documents may be delivered either by placing them in the Tender Box located at the Riverside Centre on Level 4 south or by placing them in sufficient time to reach the above address by no later than the closing time.

Facsimile and email proposals will not be accepted and late proposals may not be considered.
