Panel for the Provision of Technical Advisory Group for development contribution plans

The Department, on behalf of the WAPC, requires a Panel of suitable Contractors to review infrastructure items included within Development Contribution Plans (DCPs) to determine whether the scope, standard, cost estimates and contribution rates for proposed items included within (DCPs) are commensurate with the policy objectives of State Planning Policy 3.6 Infrastructure Contributions and acceptable industry standards.

The Contractor(s) will be required to undertake a qualitative and quantitative analysis of key DCP documentation as well as market comparison analysis against comparable DCPs, which is to be provided to the Department upon completion, in the form of a written Peer Review Report. Contractor(s) may be requested to participate in meeting(s) to discuss the relevant DCP to be reviewed.

The Services required under this Contract fall within three categories and Respondents may tender to deliver one or all categories of Services under the Contract.
