Description
The Tasmanian Government and the Clarence City Council invite expressions of interest in the enhancement and development of the Kangaroo Bay Marine Development Precinct. Kangaroo Bay at Bellerive is one of Tasmania's brightest new development precincts offering exciting oppourtunities for tourism, visitor, accommodation, cultural, recreational, and commercial development. The options available to interested parties include the integrated development of the whole precinct and the development or occupation of one or more identified development lots. Interested parties are invited to attend an information session at the Bellerive Yacht Club on Wednesday, 28 January at 11:00am. The information session will be followed by a precinct inspection.
