Building Addition & Alterations - Forensic Science Service Tasmania

The Department of Police and Emergency Management seeks tenders from suitably pre-qualified contractors to construct alterations and additions to existing laboratory complex for Forensic Science Service Tasmania (FSST). In addition, the Department of Tourism, Arts and the Environment (DTAE) is also seeking tenders for works at the same location. Both works will house dedicated laboratory space and administration areas. The works also include new carparking, retaining walls, paving, landscaping and security fencing. Interested contractors may submit bids for each of the projects and may also submit a combined bid for both projects.
