Description
The Commissioner for Consumer Protection (the Commissioner) is seeking the services of a suitably qualified insurance broker to arrange a Master Policy for Professional Indemnity and Fidelity Insurance for settlement agents in Western Australia.
The successful Respondent is required to:
- Provide advice about the nature of the insurance to be negotiated for the Master Policy;
- Arrange a Master Policy agreement with the Commissioner annually;
- Make arrangements for the insurance; and
- Provide services during the term of the insurance arrangement.
