Description
The Western Australian Police Force (WA Police Force) is seeking a suitable organisation or organisations to develop and implement police specific leadership training for the professional development of WA Police Force Sworn Officers. It is expected the Leadership Training will be a mixture of off-the-shelf and bespoke training tailored for the WA Police Force specific leadership requirements. All work undertaken will be in close collaboration with the WA Police Force.
The Leadership Training is to be delivered in the context of operational policing and in line with the current WA Police Force goals and values. To ensure the differing leadership levels are met, the Leadership Training will be separated into three categories:
- Category 1: Fundamentals in Leadership;
- Category 2: Dynamic Leadership; and
- Category 3: Excellence in Leadership.
It is the preference of the WA Police Force to award solely to one (1) Contactor in all categories however, Respondents may apply for any or all categories of Leadership Training and could potentially be awarded in one, multiple or all categories, if this is deemed best value for money.
