Description
Programmed Facility Management (Programmed FM) has been engaged by Department of Communities to deliver a portion of theSocial Housing Economic Recovery Package (SHERP).
The SHERP is to aid in the WA Covid-19 economic recovery and support the WA Construction industry while improving the lifespan and quality of homes available for social housing.
As part of this package Programmed Facility Management Pty Ltd (PFM) on behalf of Department of Communities are seeking Tenders from suitably qualified and experienced contractors to undertake Housing Refurbishment works at nominated residential properties within the Peel area.
This Program has been broken into packages based on location. Tenderers can choose to Bid on any or all the packages. PFM reserves the right to award the package of works as a single Contract or multiple Contracts to achieve the best value for money outcome and delivery on time.
