An opportunity exists to be part of a collaborative project team to deliver this $200 million `Flagship’ Research Facility that is to be a key element of South Australia’s new Health and Medical Research Institute. The facility will be fully integrated with the $1.7 billion new Royal Adelaide Hospital to be built in Adelaide’s west-end. This state-of-the-art research facility will be internationally recognised amongst key research institutions as world class.
To assist us in meeting this ambitious goal we are seeking a high calibre project team with proven experience in world class and large scale research facilities.
Architect lead design team
You are invited to register as an integrated design team that can demonstrate international credentials and extensive experience in the design of innovative and leading edge research facilities, including architect, civil, structural and building services engineers.
Cost manager
You are invited to register if you can demonstrate extensive experience in managing the cost of complex and unique projects.
Project management advisor
You are invited to register if you can demonstrate extensive experience in leading collaborative client, design and construction teams on significant landmark projects.
DTEI Building Management Prequalified Category 1, all disciplines.
