Description
Rottnest Island operates primarily on the revenue received from visitors, admission fees, accommodation tariffs and other services and facilities.
There are currently sixteen leases, nine concessions and six Telecommications agreements with a combined gross rental receipts of approximately $3,000,000 per annum. The Rottnest Island Authority RIA is seeking a suitably qualified and experienced commercial property management organisation to manage its portfolio of commercial properties on Rottnest Island.
