Description
1) Recommendation and supply of a new hosted web platform and web content management system;
2) Setup and configuration of the new web platform;
3) User experience design services;
4) Content migration;
5) Design and implementation of the front end user experience for an online customer portal, online application process, and an online fault reporting process; and
6) Handover and training to internal technical and non-technical staff in the use of the newly implemented systems.
