Description
The Department of Training and Workforce Development (DTWD) has a requirement for the provision of grounds maintenance and pool cleaning services for Muresk Institute, Northam.
The Gardening Services will comprise of:
Lawn Mowing and Gardening Services;
General Maintenance Services; and
Pool Cleaning Services
Muresk Institute aims to preserve, maintain and develop their extensive grounds and the proposed outcome of this contract if for the provision of a safe reliable and well-presented Institute that attracts and retains its existing customer base as well as new commercial conferencing events. This in turn will provide an environment that is both safe and aesthetically appealing for events, staff, students and delegates who access the Institutes grounds and recreation facilities on a daily basis.
