Material Scientist Services - Forrestfield-Airport Link

The Forrestfield-Airport Link project has reached a stage where project engineers and project managers on site require specialised analysis of materials to be brought onto site and installed. The analysis requires the specialised skills of material scientists and their laboratories to assure the quality of the goods and materials from the factory door to the final installation and finishes of the products.

The scope of Material Scientist Services, as required, will vary pending finalisation of the specific Forrestfield-Airport Link Project (FAL) brief and will include as a minimum, but not limited to the following

• verifying and reporting on the suitability of the construction;

• carrying out inspections;

• providing reports;

• attending meetings;

• advising on alternative solutions as required; and

• providing practical completion and final certificate defects lists.
