The Public Transport Authority seeks the services of an appropriately experienced and qualified service provided to deliver the Annual Passenger Satisfaction Monitors for the Transperth and Transwa systems.
The Transperth Passenger Satisfaction Monitor is an annual survey of Perth public transport customers’ perceptions of service delivery, and the Transwa Passenger Satisfaction Monitor is an annual survey of regional inter-town public transport customers’ perceptions of service delivery.
