Description

The Heritage Works branch of the Department of Planning, Lands and Heritage has prepared a Disposal Strategy on behalf of the Department of Communities to assist with the disposal of eight vacant dwellings within the Parry Street Precinct, in Perth: 93, 95, 109, 139, 141, 143, 147 and 149 Parry Street. The dwellings are all single storey brick and iron, most being semi-detached structures with one exception at no. 143 (detached), all dating from c. 1900. The dwellings are generally in fair to poor condition.

The Department is now seeking Offers for the provision of conservation works to these dwellings as detailed in this Tender Request.
