RFT PRO2116 - MANDURAH COURTHOUSE - ROOF REPLACEMENT
BACKGROUND - Programmed Facility Management on behalf of the Department of Attorney General are seeking tenders from suitably experienced and qualified organisations for the upgrade of the Roof at Mandurah Courthouse.
EXPECTATION - Delivery of all works is expected to be complete by 30th May 2016. In order to achieve the expectations of our Clients, PFM have the outlined the prerequisite to carry out this Contract. Additionally, have outlined the milestones to meet the project deliverables.
PREREQUISITE - It is a prerequisite for the experienced qualified building organisation to have;
• Carried out roofing works of a complex nature in the last two (2) years
• Demonstrated experience in coordinating various nominated subcontractors
